What are eSports?

Tension, overwhelming concentration, unimaginable strategies, non-human reflexes ... Thanks to these, e -ports have become one of the most exciting shows.
In the 80's, with the first video games, big championships began to be celebrated with hundreds of participants. Who would have had the best reflexes? Who would have developed the best strategy? Who would have been the fastest mentally?

If you are an ardent fan of eSport, you will discover their importance. Professional video game tournaments are not just called players' attention, they continue throughout the world, such as Seoul, Berlin, New York or Madrid stadiums. Nowadays, they have become one of the most important events in the world as regards audiences.
Currently, about 300 million people continue to be in the field of electronic sports. The League of Legends final reached 36 million, the NBA finals or the Rugby World Championship.

What are they?
All video games do not have the level of electronic sports. In fact, among the millions of games that currently exist, only ten are recognized as eSports. All of them must meet certain requirements, based on the following:
First of all, the game allows the correct match of two or more participants. Secondly, players are competing in the same conditions, achieving victory by the most skill. Thirdly, there are regulated official leagues and championships, with rules and professional teams and players. On the other hand, they enjoy being renowned and competitive, that is, thousands of players and the media offer competitions. To conclude, they need to promote passion to overcome.
Discussion
There is a debate about eport, that is, sports. Experts are clear, but yes. American or German governments recognize athletes as professional athletes and the Olympic Committee of Korea has given athletes the level of Olympic sport.
The physical effort to be recognized as something of a sport is a general misunderstanding. Chess and Poker are recognized as sports. And the Olympic shoot and snooker are some other examples, where the mental factor marks the difference.

As usual athletes
More and more research shows eSport's athletes have the same wear as traditional athletes. For example, according to a study published by the College of Sports of the Colony, in live professional games, eSport players get the same stress levels as motorbike riders take on fast races. The research concludes that "eSports are as sharp as other sports, as well as more"
E-Sportsmen follow a tough workout routine. They have a complex infrastructure behind them, consisting of coaches, analysts, as well as sports psychologists. They should not only be prepared mentally. Being fit in the body is also crucial to achieving a good performance in the match. For this reason, many maintain healthy nutrition regimes and go to the gym.
However, there are still some stereotypes linking gaming players with antisocial attitudes. But this could not be far from reality. A study by Newzoke indicated that the followers of this type of championship are more educated, have better jobs and marry more than the average citizenry. The popularity achieved by electronic athletes is comparable to that of some traditional athletes. Masen are idols all over the world
