Digital transformation of work automation processes has been introduced not only in the factories but also in the places of work. Often, the best idea will not come from your office, but from coffee or talking with a colleague. Therefore, as we knew the offices, they are disappearing.
According to some employees, 62%, according to data from the Microsoft and Steelcase survey, say that the future success of their employees depends on creativity. More and more creativity, more and more success. 76% of employees also feared that technology will change in their workplaces.
The Steelcaser Center in Munich is a good example of what we are talking about. It is a four-story building with a large staircase in the middle. The offices are not owned by anyone and every day, employees can book through an application. In this way, the place of work changes and so do colleagues.
This center is divided into different zones according to concentration, noise and technology. The center of this company is also similar in Madrid; everyone works on one floor and there are different places; sofas, high tables, low tables, places to hang out with colleagues, etc.
The company IWG Group España has also made great strides in this regard and, as they say, the growing population of workplaces must be taken into account. There are more senior positions that need to be reworked, making the necessary changes.
