Tecnalia has created the first aeration, the third in Europe and the first in the State. In the world, there are "just ten". The goal of this aerial view is to move from one city to another autonomously. At the moment, the prototype has the ability to carry a person or carry loads of 150 kilograms and a 15-minute drive (15 kilometers long).
The speed of the tracks will be 90km / h, but it can take 190km / h speed depending on the cabin. Aerotax will be able to fly at a height of 100 to 300 meters, but it is agreed upon according to regulations.
Tecnalia Market Deputy Director, Agustín J. Sáenz and the project's researchers, Joseba Lasa and Iñaki Iglesias presented the prototype in San Sebastian. What they have done is a booth with a width of 1.8 to 2 meters wide, with four drums, located at the top and bottom. The movement, as we are saying, is like going on a car, because of the nature of the cab. The cab can maintain its orientation at any rate.
Sáenz believes that this is a memorable moment, and he places the Basque Technology Center in a good position, pioneer in Europe with Germany. They said they have become a benchmark in "urban urban mobility" at the world level. In Saenz's words, he says he has created a new concept of aircraft, and he also said he could take four passengers with some changes.
Tecnalia's managers say it is very safe, in the face of bad weather and maneuverability. Moreover, they say it's very comfortable, it will match the city and travelers will be comfortable inside.
They say they have a lot of resemblance to Uber or car-sharing services. Zamak is the ideal place to take in the city, as well as in an emergency, as a landing place in a restricted area.
Tecnalia believes that these types of aircraft will run in five years. To do this, it is also necessary to change the regulations and even use them.
