Children aged 11 to 30 have had the opportunity to experience an exciting adventure with the help of Mundukide and Kutxa Kutxa, a trip to Ecuador (a 20-day support stay).

This year, more than 1,400 people signed up, but only 11 experienced this 20-day adventure in the heart of the Ecuadorian Amazon, where they were able to know a distant reality, which will probably change their perspective of the world.
All under the supervision and collaboration of Mundukide, a foundation incorporated in the MONDRAGON Corporation, which works to promote cooperative work in places like Mozambique, Brazil, Colombia or Ethiopia, where there is an urgent need to improve welfare conditions and advance social progress. 

Kutxa Kutxa believes that these trips can help their young clients gain greater human awareness. They also trust that what they will learn there will not only have a crash in their lives, but also their entire environment.

Sharing resources and knowledge in collaboration with the people of the South has been Mundukide's mission for 20 years.

Cooperative experience in Mondragón, a group of people created to share the resources and knowledge of their career in order to help improve the living conditions of the impoverished peoples, communities and people throughout the world.
In addition, Mundukide is working to bring the world of cooperative work and the participation, participation and awareness of people in the cooperative towards the reality of impoverished people, in honor of the concept of Universal Cooperation, which is also a principle.

As agreed in the Strategic Plan 2018-21, Mundukide's work is constantly multiplying worldwide.
In 2018, Mozambique, the sixth program that will open in the Mitande district of the Niassa province, has more than 50,000 people who benefit from the experience. In Brazil, they are working in six other state institutions and the seventh is underway, with a total of 25 cooperatives. Even so, they welcomed the year with the launch of the new Colombia program.
In addition to the Mundukide programs and the volunteers of the foundations, they have been present in Mexican cooperatives and have also worked in Kenya, contributing to the Africa Basque Challenge project promoted by Mondragon University. They will start working in Ecuador during the first six months of 2019. And also in the African continent, Malawi and Ethiopia.
After a twenty-year career, one of the main reasons for the emergence of a healthy and experienced Mundukide development cooperation, with the participation of people, has been the intercooperative work between companies, cooperatives and various organizations.

During the last three months of 2017, Mundukide worked on the strategic viability for the 2018-2021 period. The process was very participatory and the people involved in the machine a work force; Cooperative representatives, volunteers and many other stakeholders.
