In view of the current situation of COVID-19 and the measures taken by the competent authorities, the Department of Economic Development and Infrastructure of the Basque Government, through SPRI, has launched the INPLANTALARIAK service to assist in the use of technology.

This service will be free of charge and will be provided electronically by a team of technology consultants with extensive consulting experience for the self-employed and companies. This will allow the company to have a valuable knowledge of how to implement and use technological tools effectively, in order to achieve the implementation of telework with guarantees and security.
The list of technologies used by the implantation consultant team to advise self-employed and small and medium-sized enterprises requesting the service is set out in the Information Leaflet.

Telework Implementation Consulting includes:

• Free advice
• Telematic support from a team of technology consultants
