Lanbide offers aid to companies to hire young people who are unemployed and have no previous or little work experience in jobs related to their qualifications.

If you are under 30 years old, you must be registered with Lanbide-Basque Employment Service with your updated data so that companies can benefit from the Lehen Aukera program when hiring you. The job offers corresponding to the program can be consulted and, where appropriate, registration can be made through the Lanbide website.
You will have priority in the selection process if you are a person registered in the Youth Guarantee System.
Universities and public and private vocational training centers and associations that group them together may be collaborating entities.
Procedure: Application for recognition of the status of collaborating entity.
Application deadline: from December 29, 2023 to July 31, 2024.
Process: Application and submission of documentation for the subsidy to collaborating entities
Submission deadline: from November 1 to 15, 2024.
