'Learn with us' at Mondragon
The MONDRAGON Work Portal (MONDRAGON People) has recently opened a new section, Learn with Us. Through this, the cooperatives that are affiliated offer 46 job offers in dual education.
MONDRAGON People has been in operation for over a year and has established itself as a reference portal. Here, the cooperatives are showing their employer brands and currently open 145 job offers.
Now, in addition to these job opportunities, the Learn Us section seeks to attract talent to co-ops by offering them the opportunity to study and work, both for vocational and undergraduate students.
Although there is now a large number of study offerings for dual master's degrees in engineering at MU, the goal is to expand and be a complete offering, including undergraduate and dual masters, vocational training, undergraduate or master's degree projects, and doctoral degrees, both for MUs and for other cooperatives. even the most educational centers.
The purpose is to emphasize the importance of alternative education or dual education, where MONDRAGON is a pioneer. In fact, 3,500 students have completed their study and work experience over the past five years and 1,557 students have completed internships at companies.
Different training experience
It is possible to promote professional career with dual training at MONDRAGON. Alternative training, learning and working to gain experience and access to the world of work.
In 1956, five students from the Vocational School founded the first MONDRAGON cooperative. Since then, the proximity between training and business is in its DNA. They were born dual, and they are dual.
They offer the opportunity to study and work, whether as a vocational education student, college or postgraduate. They offer dual programs, internships, undergraduate and master's degree projects and doctorates.
MONDRAGON currently has over 80,000 people worldwide. It will be possible to study and work in one of the 98 cooperatives that make up MONDRAGON, in co-operatives that are leaders in very different sectors, such as automotive, machine tools, distribution or finance.
Practice and get real experience
The MONDRAGON Corporation is an ecosystem of leading cooperatives from many different sectors, where it will be possible to carry out dual studies. From the industrial cooperatives of the automotive or machine tools, to the technological, financial or distribution sector, there is room to contribute and develop talent.
The 100 dual education grants will be awarded to the following cooperatives: Advantage, Copreci, Danobatgroup, Fagor Arrasate, Fagor Ederlan Group, Fagor Electrónica, Erreka, Domusa, Ikerlan, Member, IK-4 Ideko, Loramendi, Maier, Mondragon Assembly, Orbea, Ulma Packaging, Ulma Handling Systems and Ulma Embedded Solutions.
4.0 Programs that are related to future industry professions and are offered 100 dual education fellowships from the Polytechnic High School: Strategic Design of Products and Services; Power Energy and Electronics; Industrial Engineering; Business Innovation and Project Management; Robotics and Control Systems; Data Analysis, Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing.
