Every year, young people who want to go to the Fair can register on the online platform that is already active on the website of the Promotion. In addition, they will have the opportunity to arrange interviews with companies that will participate in the fair and are interested in working. In this platform, participating companies will provide the necessary information: who they are, what they do and what profile they are looking for. They will also state the conditions of each job opportunity, so that interested parties can request an interview with the selected company.
Young Talent II. In this fair, Donostia companies that are models in their sector will participate. More than 50% are companies related to the Information and Communication Technologies sector, including STT Systems, Zucchetti, Ibermatica, Countercraft EPL Engineering, Lex Program, Smiley Owl Tech, Peta Optik, Inmersia. Companies active in the field of biohealth also participated, including Vivebiotech, Indicate, Deneb and Viralgen, as well as others: Caf Power, Caf Digital Services, Kendu, Ceit, Centro Guna, Trivima or Real Sociedad.
The most requested qualified profiles, be it Bachelor's degree or higher level VET, were: IT, Telecommunications and Electronics Technical Engineering, in addition to industrial, mechanical and electrical. However, other profiles were also requested, from the following areas: marketing, trade, business administration, laboratory technical personnel, etc.
The Talent Fair is usually in the morning and evening. In addition, professional development workshops and conferences of various companies are held to explain the profiles and services they require.
