ERASMUS +, a smart "personal brand"

The world's largest mobility program the most important ones after more than 30 years, the figures continue to shock. Founded in 1987, 9 million students have enjoyed a fruitful and unforgettable educational experience of their lives. Already 95 such adventurous adventurers who packed their bags in 1987 are left in a world without a screen and with very little information to go into an unfamiliar experience. The Erasmus + program is now fully consolidated and, with the development of sustainable development, opening its doors to new continents this year, including destinations such as Asia and Africa. Absolute achievement, no doubt.
In addition to the students, thousands of teachers also have the opportunity to meet new centers, share experiences and develop international collaborative projects through Erasmus +. These experiences lead to an improvement in the educational system, giving value to the teachers and educational institutions involved.

Vocational Training Centers have been involved in this program since its inception, with higher participation figures and greater strength than at other educational levels. Taking the student out of their comfort zone and moving to a place far away from home has shown that the formula is a very effective formula for educating great professionals over the course of three months. Throughout this experience, students will have to deal with certain new experiences, both professionally and personally, such as meeting new people, living with them, adapting to a new language, working in an international work environment, living alone for the first time, with the responsibilities and duties that this entails. after all, to correct his fate.

In overcoming these challenges, young people develop a range of personal skills and competencies that are extremely valuable. These include ability to adapt, resilience, communication, decision making, language learning, problem solving, and most importantly, high emotional balance in the most stressful situations.

This backpack full of the skills and familiarity of young people participating in the Erasmus + program has not gone unnoticed by companies looking for talent. The curriculum vitae of an Erasmus has an added value, as it is usually high profile, both academically and personally, throughout the class. Adding to that three months of "tuning in" professional and proficiency, it makes sense for jobseekers to develop or develop professional projects for students looking for talented young people.

It is not uncommon for SEPIE's effort to expand the program, or for programs such as #MIERASMUSENFP, to be the first person to see the protagonists and to give them a voice. In this collaborative project between different autonomous communities, we give voice to the experiences of students, teachers and VET institutions that have participated in the Erasmus + mobility program. The purpose of the project is to raise awareness, eliminate fears and share experiences told by the protagonists to serve as a benchmark and motivation for students who are considering this opportunity. It is amazing to hear that most students are the most productive and unforgettable experience of their lives. Moreover, there is little acceptance that this mobility program has changed its life. It is not easy to do the same with other educational programs. More information: http://mierasmus-enfp.blogspot.com/
We could say that Eramus + has become a "personal brand" of a student's talent and that companies recognize it. In addition to being one of the best experiences, Erasmus + ginga has become the perfect CV on a CV and a guarantee when it comes to work.

Not just open to people

Erasmus + offers opportunities to a wide range of organizations, such as universities, education and training centers, reflection groups, research centers or private companies.
Organizations wishing to participate in Erasmus + can do so through various development and networking activities, including the strategic improvement of their staff's professional skills, capacity building and the creation of transnational cooperative partnerships with organizations from other countries to achieve innovative results or to combine these activities.

In addition, organizations need to facilitate learning opportunities for students, staff, apprentices, volunteers, youth cheerleaders and youth.
Benefits from participating organizations include greater adaptability in the international context, better management methods, more funding and project opportunities, more project preparation, management and monitoring capabilities, and more attractive opportunities for students and staff.
