  • Activity: Kombucha is a fermented drink made with black or green tea using sugar. This allows yeasts and bacteria, called SCOBYs, to grow to help balance gut flora, strengthen the immune system and improve gut function. Koof kombucha entrepreneurs want to create their own brand, with different flavors, and distribute the drink to bars and stores. Thus, they want to expand the range of non-alcoholic drinks offered to consumers today, promoting healthy options and a circular and local economy.
  • Participants: Liloye Richard Chindavong; Laura Montserrat Silva; Itziar Llaguno Zarandona; Andreea María Nichita; Love Elorriaga Field.
