Danobatgroup, rewards innovation

Fabrikazioaren benetako inguruneen errealitatea hezkuntza komunitatera hurbiltzeko helburuarekin, Danobatgroup taldeak, aurten ere, industria mailako fabrikazio-prozesuetara aplikatutako bi berrikuntza-proiektu saritu ditu.

Saritutako proiektuak Nafarroako Tecnun Unibertsitateko Ingeniarien Goi Eskolako Industria Ingeniaritzako Masterreko ikasleek prestatu dituzte. Aurreko edizioetan ez bezala, proiektuen defentsarako ekitaldia eta sari banaketa Donostiako Tecnun fakultateko instalazioetan egin ziren, industria-taldeak Elgoibarren dituen instalazioetan egin beharrean.

Aurtengo saria bi taldek jaso dute: alde batetik, Iñigo Ariceta, Alex Barrenetxea, Ander Echezarreta eta Eñaut Salaberriaren taldeak, eta bestetik, Imanol Anta, Amaia Cendoya, Mikel Malcorra eta Aitor Martínen taldeak. Bi taldeek olio eta gaserako briden mekanizaziorako irtenbide bat aurkeztu zuten, euskal fabrikatzaileak eskatzen dituen zehaztasun eta automatizazio eskakizunen baldintzak betez.

"Guretzat benetako erronka bat izan da Danobatgroup-ek planteatutako desafioari aurre egitea. Horretaz gain, aukera paregabe bat izan da gure ezagutza teknikoa proban ipintzeko benetako fabrikazio ingurune batean", azaldu dute Amaia Cendoya eta Alex Barrenetxea talde irabazleen bozeramaileek.

Saria lortzeko, masterreko ikasleek makina-erremintaren fabrikatzaileak planteatutako erronka teknologiko bera bati aurre egin behar izan zioten. Zehazki, aurtengo erronka olio eta gaserako bridak mekanizatzeko makina bat diseinatzean zetzan, produkzio automatizatuko ingurune batean.

Participants

A total of 48 Master’s students participated, divided into 12 groups. As a prelude to the development of the projects, participants had the opportunity to receive theoretical and practical training in precision concepts and 4.0 technologies from the director of the Precision Design and Engineering research team at the Harkaitz Urreta Ide Technology Center. Ideko is the engine of innovation at Danobatgroup.

After completing the work, the students had fifteen minutes to defend their projects in front of a jury made up of Mikel Arizmendi Tecnun Master of Industrial Engineering and Harkaitz Urreta.

“We were amazed at the ability of students to respond effectively to a real manufacturing problem, the rigor of technical reports, their ability to collaborate, and the solvency they have advocated for their projects,” said Harkaitz Urreta.

The awards are an opportunity to strengthen students ’training for excellence, promote their technical knowledge, and improve transversal skills, as well as encourage ingenuity, analytical skills, and teamwork.
