Special scholarships

Applicants with a special economic situation can obtain the scholarship by fulfilling the above conditions. To do this, they will have to mark the appropriate box on the application form and send the documentation that justifies this special situation before the end of the period, as specified in the "Procedures" section. Applications that do not include documentation or that are insufficient to be evaluated will not be considered.

Applications for special grants will be examined by a committee, whose decision will be final. Only applications that are deemed to be in real financial need in the family unit will be considered.

The most common amount of these scholarships will be two, and furthermore, no multiple distribution will be applied to them.

Application procedures

In order to apply for aid, interested students must complete the application form within the dates. In addition, send the registration certificate and the Learning agreement document within a maximum period of five days to the following address: becas@fundacionvital.eus

Applications received that do not comply with this procedure will not be considered.

If the box for special scholarships has been activated on the application form, the following documents must be sent (certificate of the family register, fiscal data for the 2021 fiscal year of all members of the family unit and other documents justifying the special financial situation) to the address specified below and with the subject ERASMUS SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP will be indicated: becas@fundacionvital.eus

If this documentation is not received before June 16, 2022, the special nature of the application will not be considered, and the application will be evaluated according to the terms and conditions of the regular scholarships.

Application deadline and decision

Applicants will be able to consult the decision of the application for the 22-23 Erasmus Scholarship calls at the end of July, through a scholarship applicant's ID search engine.

The organization's decision is final. Taking into account the requested conditions, the Vital Foundation will decide at any time whether to grant the requested grant or not.

Playing support

The aid provided will only be paid to the student's Kutxabank account. Students going to university in the first semester will receive the scholarship at the end of February 2023; those of you who are in the second semester, at the end of June 2023; and for those of you who are going in two semesters, in two parts.
