Features and operation of the program

This pilot program allows accommodation in the Talent House building, starting October 3, 2022, according to the following characteristics:

A) In the case of young people from Donostia who have an innovative, multi-sector and viable entrepreneurship project that will add added value, who meet the following conditions:

• A minimum stay of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years, depending on whether the milestones specified at the beginning of the Ekin+ and Ekin+Salud program or in the relevant program are met.
• Up to 60% discount on the rental cost in the first year and up to 40% in the second.

The obligations of the beneficiaries will be:

• Signing a rental contract with Donostia Promotion.
• Payment by bank transfer according to the duration of the requested stay.
• Payment by bank transfer in the monthly rental concept that Donostia Sustapena offers with a bonus.
• Payment of the consumption costs of the assigned apartment through a bank transfer.
• Payment by bank transfer when cleaning costs are necessary, after the end of the stay.

The number of places allocated to this type of beneficiary is 3 places.

B) In the case of young people from Donostia hired to work by local organizations that carry out innovation and/or research projects, within the framework of Promotion programs.

• A minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 2 years as long as the connection with the contracting entity continues in the first instance.
• Up to 40% discount on the rental cost in the first year and up to 30% in the second.

The obligations of the beneficiaries will be:

• Signing a rental contract with Donostia Promotion.
• Payment by bank transfer according to the duration of the requested stay.
• Payment by bank transfer in the monthly rental concept that Donostia Sustapena offers with a bonus.
• Payment of the consumption costs of the assigned apartment through a bank transfer.
• Payment by bank transfer when cleaning costs are necessary, after the end of the stay.

Number of places allocated to this type of beneficiary: 4 places.
