The AMEDNA awards for women are here

The Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers of Navarre (AMEDNA / NEEZE) has now opened the XXIII 2020 Business and Executive Awards. To register for the edition and take part in the II. To be nominated for the Women Entrepreneurs and / or Directors Awards. The aim of these awards is to highlight and highlight the professional careers of women in the economic, labor and social fields of Navarre and, in the case of the Entrepreneur Award, to recognize women entrepreneurs in Navarre, recognizing women in business for less than three years. , showing examples and contributing to the development of the women's business in Navarre. Nominations must be submitted together with a report outlining the professional career of the nominees. The people who can be nominated for the awards are women entrepreneurs and directors who are interested in choosing this award or duly accredited individuals, companies and organizations. The sole object of the candidacy may be all the companies and directors who manage the company in the Foral Community of Navarra as the owner, manager or senior executive of a company, never as a representative.

In order to be nominated for the Entrepreneur and Management Awards, the jury will take into account a number of criteria:

  • Development, growth of percentages and consolidation of business -increase in turnover, growth of employees, opening of markets, creation of new products or services ...
  • Human resources policy, competency-based direction and management, ongoing staff training, internal communication, employee participation, and conciliation policies conducted in the candidate company.
  • Knowledge updating policy: continuous training, attending forums and being a member of associations.
  • A firm commitment to innovation, understanding innovation in its broadest sense: applying new management methods and tools, offering new products and / or services, implementing and developing new technologies ...
  • Quality of the report submitted.

Candidates for the Entrepreneur Award must meet the following criteria:

  • Business plan for the company.

  • Milestones achieved during the activity period.
  • The growth potential of the company.
  • Low representation of women in the sector in which the company operates.
  • Quality of the documentation submitted.
