The sixth edition of Innomakers4health is looking for 100 new participants to develop a unique solution that will respond to the challenge posed by the use of technology to effectively combat antibiotic resistance in 48 hours
Wayra, the main corporate venture of Telefónica, Pfizer and the Pfizer Foundation are collaborating in the VI of Innomakers4Health. to launch the edition, a program that combines innovation and technology with health, to face the challenges of the health sector, design solutions and create prototypes that improve the quality of life of the population.
Only 100 candidates will be selected to join Innomakers4health, which will take place on October 18th and 19th at the 42 Fundación Telefónica campus in Madrid. There, they will have to develop the proposal in groups of 5 or 6 people, with the help of the best professionals from Wayra, Pfizer and the Pfizer Foundation.
The profiles required for this call are: students, professionals with or without experience, entrepreneurs or startups interested in the health sector, with STEAM skills and knowledge of the most disruptive technologies on the current market. People with training in the social sciences and knowledge in market analysis and strategic planning are also sought.
The challenge will focus on the use of technology to effectively combat antibiotic resistance (multi-microbial resistance). To ensure that participants start from the same starting point, the exact challenge will be announced at the beginning of the first day of the event.

The first three winners will receive a prize of 6,000 euros and the winner will have the opportunity to accelerate their project at InnomakersLAB, Pfizer's center, together with Wayra, which will also give them access to a mentoring program for 6 months; The opportunity to work in the space located in Madrid's Gran Vía; Access to Telefónica's multiple business units and the opportunity to invest in Wayra in the future.
