"I've been eager to test NURVV Run race templates for a long time. At the end of 2019, after hearing about them and talking to reporters who were able to get them, I can now tell you how they work. I got it. I was really happy with them. "
Simply put, NURVV Run insoles currently offer views that other sensors don’t have at the moment, such as pronation level per foot, cadence, foot strike analysis, training load recommendation, calories burned, and more. True, some of these features are available by wearing the best running watches and the best heart rate monitors, but the NURVV Run insoles are worth a try, especially if you’re trying to improve your running technique to be a faster and more efficient runner.
NURVV Run insoles can be purchased for £ 249.95 / $ 299.95 at NURVV and some third-party vendors like Apple.
Make sure you get the right size; it’s easy if you buy this via NURVV, but at Apple it’s a different size (small, medium, etc.). If in doubt, contact NURVV Help to clarify any questions, and they will be happy to help.
NURVV Run insoles can be installed directly: take out the insoles (already in the shoes), slide the NURVV Run insoles, put the insoles that carried the running shoes on top of the NURVV Run and make sure the NURVV clip is fixed to the side of the shoes . That's it!
Pods are harder to handle. To put the pods right, it takes a bit of practice, but the real challenge is to get rid of them. You’ll see that the pods need to be tied tightly in the cradle as you run; that is obvious. If they didn’t, the pods would fall as they ran. The issue is that the construction of the cradle makes this more difficult than it should be.
There are small tabs in the crib that can help remove pods more easily, but they take some time to get used to. At first, it will feel like you’re trying to break it when you try to get rid of them, even if you find the right pressure, even if it’s easier. The same goes for removing the pods from the charger: the best way to do this is to squeeze your finger between the two pods to get it out of the charger cradle.
Once everything is assured, the next hurdle will be turning on the pods. The I / O buttons are on the inside and you need to position them without looking at them. "That's definitely not the easiest thing to do, especially if you have big fingers like me. Turning it off is an ordeal," says Matt Kollat.
On the other hand, the insoles are very thin and flexible and you can’t even tell when they’re running in your shoes that you don’t have to take them off when loading the pods, so the soles of the running shoes will live happily ever after.
Once the pods are placed, it’s time to pair them with the app, which is very easy. Once downloaded, the NURVV application will automatically detect the pods while they are turned on. From there, you can start the races or watch the fans in real time.
