New headphones from Xiaomi, with an amazing price

Xiaomi has officially launched the new Redmi Buds 5 Pro headphones. The company announced that this device would go on sale on November 29th, announcing the news through a poster that was published in various places (such as the Asian company's social media profiles).

Notable features of Redmi Buds 5 Pro

The headphones have a rounded design in the charging case, designed to provide long-lasting comfort and distinguish them from the standard version. Xiaomi's Redmi Buds 5 Pro includes 46dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), providing complete isolation while enjoying your favorite songs, even in noisy environments, such as a train station. This accessory has a noise reduction range of 2kHz, and has a similar function for calls that are assisted by artificial intelligence (in this case, using a dual microphone system).

In terms of sound performance, the Redmi Buds 5 Pro earphones are equipped with a set of 10mm dynamic drivers designed to deliver clear audio and capable of representing all kinds of details. They also offer "dual engine acoustics, deep space noise reduction" and "new acoustic structure and powerful algorithm".

According to the official poster, this product will be available in three colors: black, white and blue. The Redmi Buds 5 Pro support dual-device connection via Bluetooth 5.3 and are compatible with the Xiaomi Headphones app. They have an independent rear acoustic cavity equipped with a precision dynamic voice coil and a very large 12.4 mm titanium coated dynamic voice coil.

Very good battery life

One of the best features of the Xiaomi Redmi Buds 5 Pro is that it guarantees a battery life of up to 40 hours. They also support fast charging, allowing you to play more than two hours of music on a fully charged battery.

Redmi Buds 5 Pro represents an improvement over its predecessor, Redmi Buds 4 Pro, offering more features and updates. This device will be available for 399 yuan, roughly 52 euros. For reference, Xiaomi's standard Redmi Buds 5, launched in September this year, start at a price of 199 yuan. An interesting model that offers reliable functions that are enough for many users... and thanks to a very competitive price, it is sure to be an option for many people to buy.

High-level active noise cancellation and inexhaustible battery life

The first thing that comes to mind is the design of these Redmi Buds 5, similar to what was seen with the Redmi Buds 4 last year. A change is noticeable in the loading case, which is presented with a flatter and less volumetric shape.

But without a doubt, the star feature of these TWS headphones is the powerful active noise cancellation (ANC), which pushes the limits of its predecessor, canceling up to 46 decibels.

They also improve the audio features, with a 10-millimeter driver and a 6-millimeter tweeter, inherited from the 'Pro' version of the Redmi Buds 4. And the jump in autonomy is not so important: the headphones will last up to 10 hours without going through the box, and it has a 40-hour battery.

Headphones from Xiaomi

If you thought that Xiaomi has so many phones that it is difficult to choose the most suitable mobile phone, wait until you see the catalog of their headphones, because in Spain alone there are 17 different models, in addition to the mentioned new one. Which is which, what sets them apart and which headphones are the most interesting? We will take a little look at Xiaomi's catalog to present all its headphones, features, differences, recommended uses and prices.

Note: Xiaomi lists on its website all the models it has put on sale in Spain, regardless of whether they are current models or those that are no longer on sale.

Redmi Buds 3

Redmi Buds 3 (€32) are the "almost in-ear" wireless headphones of this sub-brand, designed to compete in the entry-level range due to the performance-cost ratio.

AirPods, with a design reminiscent of touch control and IP54 certification, promise 20 hours of use thanks to the charging case.

Note that despite their reasonable price, they have noise cancellation and low latency technology, thanks to the use of the aptX bluetooth codec.
