Serisha Barrat, one of the 50 world leaders according to the "Global Leaders Award", semi-finalist of the "Forbes Africa 30 under 30" magazine, participated in the opening of the conference. In his speech he talked about the challenges faced by the industrial sector, with a high level of regulation, taking into account the changes proposed by blockchain technology and smart contracts. Serisha Barrat is a change leader in Africa for her vision of socially just economic growth to empower the less fortunate.
Another outstanding panel was called "Public Administration Space", where José Manuel Cebrián Gregorio, technician from the Aragonese Government Procurement Office, presented the Management tool for electronic bidding for administrative contracts, with blockchain technology.
