LaborLan is a mixed job training program, now in its second edition. This program offers comprehensive support, training, work experience (with a four-month employment contract) and approach to companies. The program is aimed at people looking for work but companies can also participate.
It is not limited to teaching courses, nor is it another employment program. He has previously worked with companies to find out which sectors need skilled workers.
Comprehensive support will provide you with training in job orientation, mentoring and personal skills, both in training and in recruitment, as well as personal follow-up beyond the duration of the program, looking for your job placement.
The LaborLan II program offers comprehensive support, training and professional experience in six sectors (including recruitment): Biomedicine, Economics of Personal Care, Agriculture, Foundry, Construction, and -innovation- sixth, for the unemployed over 45 who want to enter the Metal sector, industry - in the fields of electronics or aeronautics.
The registration period for the LaborLan program began on March 1st. This mixed employment and training program is promoted by the Provincial Agency for Employment and Entrepreneurship (DEMA) of the Department of Employment, Social Inclusion and Equality of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.

This second edition of Laborlan is divided into six sectors: Biomedicine, Economics of Personal Care, Agriculture, Foundry, Construction and Metal (industrial, electronic and aeronautical).
The LaborLan I program, which began last year, is currently alive and covers six other sectors and / or professions: Confectionery, Psychology, Programming, Industrial Manufacturing, Bus Driving and Mechanical Manufacturing-Welding. According to DEMA forecasts, the first edition of the mixed employment and training program will end in May this year.
