Israel is the sixth country in the Start-Up Ecosystem rankings
Tel Aviv is the second largest city in Israel in terms of population. It has a population of 8 million, making it a city for many people. In 2019, he ranked 6th in the Start-Up Ecosystem rankings. This list states that it is a Star-Up type city.
What is doing this city so special?
Several meetings were held between the Europe and Israel Innovation Authority and the following conclusions were drawn:
1. Reverse innovation model
The challenge with this model comes first and then, looking back, the answers are sought. The Floor, for example, uses this model.
2.Technical excellence and sustainability
Many of Israel's projects have failed to achieve their goals, yet they have gained popularity because the process has been good and they have always maintained their persistence in trying again.
This was the case with the SpaceIL project, for example: it was a driverless ship sent to the moon and although it reached its orbit afterwards, it collided with the underground. At that point, they announced that they would try again.
3. Local support, global desire
They believe that from the first moment they need to think globally and at the same time, join the local community.
4. Take care of young people
They work from school to take care of young people. Take care of the little things when you are young, and take care of the big things when you are adults. 45% of the Israeli population is young, which is why caring for them is very important.
