Brings the industrial reality of Bizkaia to young students with the aim of awakening STEM vocations and promoting a future in which the Industry continues to be the economic engine of the Territory.
Visits to companies
The companies participating in the project open their doors to receive the teaching centres in their facilities, and show them their production processes, projects and activity.
Meetings in educational centres
The companies will travel to the educational centres to convey the reality of the Basque industry, present their activity and professional profiles in demand.
The aim is to generate interest in the industrial sector, show future opportunities and promote vocations.
Connections between industrial companies and educational centres, spaces in which the reality of the current industrial context is conveyed and in which the companies themselves present their activity: production processes, projects, professional profiles in demand... as well as colloquia in which students can participate and resolve their doubts. This project is aimed at students in ESO, Bachillerato and Intermediate Vocational Training.
Industria Erronka was born from the industry itself, which takes a step forward to promote future talent, dismantling the stereotypes associated with the sector and responding to the technological transformation in which it is immersed. Its objective is to enhance the attractiveness of the industry and encourage the incorporation of women. This project seeks to attract and retain talent, contributing to maintaining the solidity of a key sector for the economy of Euskadi.
With more than 13,200 students from Bizkaia in its 5 editions, it also impacts families and society through the communication campaigns that have been carried out to promote the project.
