Elmubas Petfood Group, the best company in Gipuzkoa (II)

With regard to the "ETE Enpresa Industriala" prize, the Gipuzkoa Council awarded the prize to Ezarri, a company of 74 people. It is located in Lazkao, and produces and sells its products in 91 countries, with 70% of its turnover of 17 million going to these countries.

Its presence in 5 continents has been achieved since the beginning through continuous work, where quality, design and modernity make up the value proposition that Ezarri makes to its customers. The company has always opted for technology, and has maintained a constant rate of investment. This has given the factory a high degree of automation in the production process and storage. In fact, having a fully automated warehouse allows them to work with more than 300 mosaic references, as well as a delivery preparation and delivery service. This service meets deadlines in more than 99% of deliveries. It should be noted that the raw material used to produce the mosaics is RECYCLED GLASS. It is already certified by the ISO 14021 standard.

The "Service Company" award went to GUREAK, because it managed to be one of the business groups that created the most jobs in Gipuzkoa, staying true to its mission of creating job opportunities and promoting the social integration and employment of people with disabilities. All this, thanks to the tireless search for business activities, where competitiveness, innovation, cooperation and the effort to adapt work to people are merits to be highlighted.

In 2022, it has a turnover of 210 million euros, and its human team has 5,954 people, 83% of whom have a disability. To respond to its business, GUREAK has 32 productive locations in Gipuzkoa, in addition to other productive locations in Álava, Navarre and Mexico, and commercial representations in Madrid and Barcelona. It is also worth noting that, through their work, 1,945 people are developing an activity in workplaces outside of GUREAK.

IRISBOND received the "Innovation Company" award for developing equipment and technology based on eye-tracking technologies to facilitate the communication of people with mobility and communication limitations.
