New shuttle "Conecta Empleo" in Pamplona

The new "Conecta Empleo" shuttle will start in October in Pamplona, ​​to help unemployed people to stimulate and optimize their job search with digital techniques and tools according to the new labor market.

The new "Conecta Empleo" shuttle will be launched next October in Pamplona with the aim of helping unemployed people to reactivate and optimize their job search with digital techniques and tools that are in line with the new labor market. The initiative is aimed at unemployed people between 18 and 60 years of age with any level of training and working in any job sector, with or without previous experience, and will take place over five months at the comprehensive agency in Iturrondo (Burlata).

This free job guidance program is promoted by the Santa María la Real Foundation and the Telefónica Foundation, in collaboration with the Government of Navarre, through the Navarre Employment Service -Nafar Lansare, an organization under the Department of Social Rights, and co-financed by the European Social Fund through the OPIS Operational Program for Economics).


Until March, participants will have the advice of specialized staff who will guide them to improve their employability and achieve employment. With a mixed format, the activity will include virtual and face-to-face sessions in which they will learn to develop a comprehensive job search route through the dynamics of emotional intelligence, updating their curriculum and simulating job interviews and relationships with companies.

Navarre has hosted several editions of the "Conecta Empleo" shuttle initiative in Pamplona and Tudela, with more than a hundred participants, of which around 60% have improved their employment status: finding a job, starting their own business, expanding their training or obtaining a Professional Certificate .


In the current edition, the program will be implemented in more than a hundred cities across the country between now and 2023, with a global budget of 7.7 million euros, and will serve to directly promote digital transformation and improve the employability of 6,000 unemployed.

"Connect Jobs"

It is a free job guidance program for unemployed people to learn how to design a comprehensive job search plan as a team with new techniques and digital tools.

It has a mixed format: participants meet several days a week in virtual and face-to-face sessions. They have the advice of specialized technicians, who provide guidelines for improving and incorporating employability.

They strengthen transversal and digital skills, learn to develop a job search plan; they update the curriculum and conduct job interview simulations; employability maps and relationships with companies.

Digital Literacy (AD)

It is an online job orientation program to help the unemployed lose their fear of technology and acquire basic digital job search skills.

It lasts three weeks. Participants learn how to videoconference, manage a Gmail account to look for work; Using tools like Drive to store all documentation; or apps like Google Calendar or Trello to design a job search plan.

They learn how to obtain digital certificates, as well as the possibilities of social networks to position themselves and find work, especially on Linkedin.
