What kind of cases are you finding?

Most of the time they come because they don't like what they see in the mirror, or because they have broken up a relationship and have their partner's name, like in my case (laughs), they have regretted a tattoo done in their youth... most cases are like that.

Does this procedure have any side effects?

If all the advice we give is followed, they shouldn't have any problems, because the laser we have doesn't burn, it's a photoacoustic laser. It is suitable for this, it does not burn the skin, it only goes where the ink is. Therefore, if you do what we recommend, washing your hands well before applying the cream, after the laser, you should not have any problems.

Does it remove the tattoo 100%? Yes, no marks or scars will remain. Does it hurt?

It hurts less than getting a tattoo, and it's only in the moment, not later.

What doubts or questions do you get asked the most?

Will it hurt, will it leave a mark or scar, and can they apply an anesthetic cream before coming.

And can they put an anesthetic cream?

Yes, an hour before you come. If you put it on half an hour earlier, you will feel the same.

If a person has many tattoos and wants to remove them all, can they all be done at once?

For example, if it's a whole arm and the person tolerates it well, we can do everything together at the same time. There are also cases where the person wants to remove only a part of the tattoo and that can also be done.

It can be done, but we don't recommend it. So far, I have not had cases involving the whole body, but I have had cases involving the head, and the head can be done, because it is the least felt part, so it does not penetrate the dermis and it is easier to remove.

How did you decide to start your business and why did you choose this sector?

Because I got to know the market, and because today about half of the Spaniards are tattooed, so a lot, and because there is only one center in Donostia, that's why I decided to open this one. I went to get the tattoo removed and found out.

On the other hand, I was working a lot, I wanted to work in a different way and I decided to enter this. My children have finished their degrees and I wanted to work a little less, even though I am working a lot more (laughs). I'm just starting out and the marketing part is causing me a lot of fatigue, I didn't know anything about this, but I'm getting the hang of it.

How are you handling being your own boss?

Good, because I can work around my schedule. Since I demand a lot from myself and I'm a perfectionist, I might have to change this part a bit. I thought I knew the organizational part, like marketing, but I realized I didn't, and it's really hard for me to record videos, I want perfection... and I need to relax a bit in that regard, speaking, when recording... I'm just starting out. and this part is the hardest for me.
