Giants Gaming and FITCHIN have teamed up to promote the gaming community (I)

Giants, Spain's most successful esports club, and FITCHIN, the web3 platform that puts fans at the center of the conversation, deepening the relationship between esports teams and their communities, have announced an alliance to promote the gaming community. With this agreement, FITCHIN continues to take a strong step in its positioning strategy by partnering with one of the most popular clubs in the European competitive video game scene. The agreement is long-term, with a minimum extension of two years, until 2024.

The Giants and FITCHIN have teamed up to strengthen their connection with fans. The club has a reach of more than 30 million users on its platforms and its players and creators, and continues to grow internationally. In that sense, Valorant's presence in the world championship has just been confirmed. The Giants also lead, with seven league wins, the list of national titles for the League of Legends video game, which has more than 150 million players worldwide; and has the best Spanish fighters in fighting games.

FITCHIN approaches the esports industry in an innovative way, seeking to change and improve the way global gaming communities connect. This gamified platform allows users to become members of their favorite teams, participate in events, qualify for prizes, access exclusive content and be part of unique experiences while earning rewards for milestones achieved. It will also give the opportunity to participate in the decisions made by the club.

All of these Giants fan perks will be available in the coming weeks. This is the first of many announcements to come from this alliance that will bring new forms of entertainment to the community.

This is FITCHIN's first agreement with a European sports club, following recent announcements with companies such as Leviatán, Furious Gaming and KRÜ, with footballer Sergio 'Kun' Agüero, who is also a FITCHIN ambassador. These teams are benchmarks in the Latin American esports scene. FITCHIN offers clubs access to web3 in a safe and guided way, as well as the opportunity to explore new business lines in order to strengthen and strengthen the aforementioned connection with fans.

José Ramón Díaz, CEO of the Giants, highlighted: “The community will be able to be closer to the Giants thanks to the FITCHIN tournament platform and all the advantages it brings. This alliance opens up another way of entertainment for our fans, which is our priority, and strengthens the ties that bind them to our club".

On the other hand, FITCHIN CEO Santiago Portela stated: "We share the same goal of putting esports fans and players at the center of the project. We are very proud to be able to make something tangible for the Giants community."
