Z-Triton, the new marine tricycle

It is called Z-Triton and the company responsible for its development is called Zeltini. This amphibious vehicle is a kind of marine tricycle that also serves as a home and can accommodate two people inside without any problems, as well as a child or a pet. A family can spend an entire weekend there without having to change vehicles.

The size of the Z-Triton is 3.6 meters long, 1.2 wide and 1.55. As it is not yet fully finished, the brand has not provided any details about the total weight or load. The structure of the boat is made of plywood and fiberglass, and at the front is a 36-inch wheel, with a seat for the driver and a second seat for the passenger, including mirrors, lights, horn and umbrella.

In the back, we find two 20-inch wheels. On the ground, this vehicle operates on pedals, with the option of using the electric power of two 250 W electric motors, connected to a pair of batteries and a solar panel. When entering the water, the wheels bend.

A couple of floats are lowered to the rear, and there is an external electric motor for propulsion. To bring the boat into the aquatic environment, the driver must enter the front wheel and the back of the boat becomes a bow.
The pelota court has mirrors and light controls, a Z-shaped rudder and a fan to make it more comfortable to navigate on hot days.

Ready in 2021

Other curious details are that the manufacturer has included a small kitchen and a small folding table. It should be noted that there are many storage places at all times, thanks to the various modular parts that can be moved as needed. Z-Triton will soon become the target of a crowdfunding campaign with the goal of delivering the first 10 units in 2021. Prices will range from 7,000 to 9,000 euros.
